Do you want to work on your health? Then exercise in a way that suits you. At JMSC you work on your goals, thanks to a personal sports plan that is adapted to your specific needs. Thanks to the wide range of facilities and classes, there is always something that suits you.
Exercising regularly is important for good health, you know that. But perseverance only succeeds if you can exercise with pleasure and without pain. To ensure that sports become a weekly routine, we have developed a unique motivation program. In this way, we help you step by step to become stronger, fitter, healthier and more motivated and to maintain your Sports routine.
Because starting to exercise is one thing, but persevering often turns out to be a lot more difficult. Exercise should become part of your weekly routine, as should eating and sleeping. To help you with this, we have a unique 12-week motivational program developed. The result of this program speaks for itself. It's good that you're thinking about playing sports. You have an important first step set! We would like to invite you to take a look at our club. Then you can immediately get acquainted with the team and taste the relaxed atmosphere in the club. How does the 12-week motivation program work
As a club member at JMSC, you always start with our free 12-week motivation plan. This plan helps you exercise regularly. We know that. Experience shows us that of the members who have integrated the 12-week program sports into their routine, which leads to the fact that 83% still exercise weekly with us after 1 year. That's what we do it for. If you succeed, you will take an important step towards a fit and vital life!
You start the 12-week program together with a personal trainer. Based on a health check, body measurement and your wishes, a personal sports plan with a fitness program and, if desired, a group lesson advice will be drawn up. Now you can get started. To keep your finger on the pulse, we plan a short evaluation with you every other week.
In week 12 week we plan a new weighing and measuring moment. After that, you will receive a new training schedule. From now on we plan a short evaluation with the trainer every 6 weeks and of course you can expect us to continue to motivate you in the meantime at the club or via the MyWellness app.
Do we see that in the first 12 weeks you are less at the club than we agreed with each other? Then you'll hear from us. We will then contact you to see if we can help you get back into the sports rhythm.

What are the opening hours?
JMSC is open 365 days a year!
- Monday to Thursday from 07: 00-23: 00
- Friday from 07:00 to 22: 00
- Saturday and Sunday 08: 30-14: 30
In the months of July and August we are closed from Monday to Thursday at 22:30.
On public holidays we have adjusted opening hours from 08:30-14:30.
What can I do at JMSC?
A lot! From pilates and yoga to spinning and zumba. We also have group classes like spinning, bodyshape and X-core. And, of course, fitness. In addition, we also have a lounge where you can sit and meet other club members, while enjoying a free cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy our wellness facilities, for example our sauna. Where can I exercise?
You are very welcome at our branch in the center of Hoofddorp (Hoofdweg 669b). In addition, as a JMSC member you have free access to 110 similar exclusive sports clubs in the Netherlands.
Is JMSC a licensed Fitness club?
Yes, is certified as a medical Prevention Center by NL Aktiv and is characterized as a club where you can play sports safely and responsibly. In addition, JMSC is a member of the exclusive sports centers association.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel in writing by e-mail or by registered letter. After receiving the cancellation, you will always receive a confirmation from us within 2 weeks. This is your proof of deregistration. Do you have an annual contract? Then make sure that you cancel your cancellation no later than 1 calendar month before the end date. Cancellation is not possible at the reception.
Help I'm injured. What now?
How sad that you are injured! If you are temporarily unable to exercise due to a long injury, pregnancy or injury, we can temporarily discontinue your subscription. This can be done for the period of at least 1 and a maximum of 3 months. We ask you to provide a medical certificate for this.
I'm moving, will I be held to my notice period?
If you move to a new home more than 15 kilometers from JMSC, we will not adhere to the regular notice period. When you can submit a registration from your new municipality, you can cancel your subscription with an adjusted notice period of 4 weeks.
